MGN Inventories was established by Melissa Guthrie-Noyce in 2017. Having spent over 10 years in the Lettings industry specialising in property management and becoming a Head of Department she recognised a gap in the market:

Having dealt with tenancy disputes and inventory ammendments daily, I became acutely aware that there was a gap in the market for someone with extensive experience within lettings and property management which I am uniquely placed to provide.

With an excellent eye for detail and experience of common concerns from Landlords, Tenants and Letting agents, we are perfectly placed to provide an exceptional, impartial service. MGN Inventories provide a reliable and quick turn around, allowing our clients to book online with access to our real-time diary and availability as well as accessing all their previous reports.

Based in Southampton we provide our services throughout Southampton, Eastleigh, Romsey, Winchester, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.

With ARLA NFOPP Level 3 qualification and continued training, we keep up to date in industry changes and the latest required legislation.
